13 minutes….
Well I just got off the elliptical and managed to stay on for a total of 13 minutes. A far step from the original 5 minutes I started with. The distance was a half of a mile, and I couldn’t believe it! I just had to share!
I am back to work this week, and already wishing I was on vacation again. I liked having time to myself to do what I wanted to do. I love my profession, just wish it were a different school. The kids in my class are sometimes the only reason to get in the car and go in the morning. That and some of my coworkers!
Well DH wants dinner and I have to go cook it, so good luck everyone!! Keep your chins up!
Wow, how wonderful! I know that all so important feeling of making progress and getting stronger. It’s a great feeling that’s for sure. Keep it up, you’ll be doing 1 mile in no time.
Good luck and take care.
Know what you mean. The first time I got on an elliptical (last wk) I wanted to cry within the first 4 mins. I’ve gradually worked up to 30 min and have gotten over the desire to sob but I’m thinking 30 is as much as I can do for quite awhile! Keep it up!
Great Job!That is one of my fears. The P.T. I work with told me the tread mill is the worst thing for my knees (bad knees) she told me that the eliptical was good for it.I can’t even do 3 minutes without giving up.soo You are doing Great! Keep up the good work!
I use to hate the elliptical but I always burn more calories on that than any other machine. Great job and keep with it!!!
You’ll be surprise how much farther you’ll be able to go as long as you are consistent with your exercise! WOOHOO!! You should pat yourself on the back for such a great job!
