Weight watchers points question…
Okay I have a question for those of you following the Weight Watchers points plan. I am now down to 35 points that I am suppose to be using for the day. I just finished working on my menu for the week and well I can’t even seem to get to 30 points each day let a lone 35. I am ending up with about 27-29 points per day. Do I have to use them all?? If so any suggestions for getting them all in? I have stopped eating after 7pm at night and I used to eat the extra points that were left for a snack after dinner. The problem is that I am eating a lot already and can’t even imagine eating more during the day. What do I do????
I responded to that on our heartbreakers blog, read it and let me know if you have any questions about it. I love WW points plan, it really dosen’t make you feel hungry or missing out on food.

I just read your profile and find it very very sad that your doctors told you that you can’t lose the weight on your own! What a horrible thing to tell someone. You sure are proving them wrong though, aren’t you?!?! :o) Keep it up!

Yes, eat alllll your points!
Try putting a teaspoon of olive oil over your veggies, or when making an egg white omelet instead of using the nonstick spray. And make sure you’re eating all of your fruits/veggies and hitting the rest of the Good Health Guidelines.
And on a personal note: When I was at 37, it was getting hard for me to eat all of them, too somedays, but now that they took 1 away (I’m now down to 36), I’m overeating. Guess we always want what we can’t have huh? lol
