While on my walk today
I saw this lady riding her bike. As she rode next to me I could hear her yelling over my headphones. She was yelling way to go, you go girl, doing good! I was like is she talking to me? So I looked around and there was no one else there. I looked back at her and she gave me the thumbs up sign. I was like wow! She is complimenting me. I was shocked! The funny part of the whole thing is that she kinda looked like my buddy Sandy. I was like woah!! Sandy is everywhere! after seeing “Sandy” on the bike I walked faster and felt more confident. When I was done with my workout I felt great! Thanks “Sandy” 
On to other things, my day went well. Eating was good and exercise went well! And the best thing was there was less stress at work today. Hopefully tomorrow will be even better!

See…..that wouldnt happen over here in Ireland….no way would anyone compliment you like that out in public! It must feel great to have other’s noticing your progress and being so positive. You’re doing great btw
