Did I drop 10 pounds by April 25th, like I challenged myself
to do? Well, I didn’t weigh in this morning to find out. I woke up really late today and I was blocking my hubby’s car in the driveway so I had to hustle so he could leave for work on time. But seeing that I had 5 pounds to still loose, I don’t think I made it. I will weigh in tomorrow morning, but I don’t see the scale saying that I weigh 5 pounds less. I think I would fall off the scale if it did. I feel bad, because I started the challenge and I didn’t even make the 10 pounds. I am also upset with myself, I feel like I let myself down. Even though I know I did everything in my power to loose the weight. I worked really hard and the weight just didn’t seem to want to budge this last month! Hopefully things will change and change quick!
I am actually hoping for a loss of any kind. Last week I didn’t loose anything. I am at that point where my body always gives up loosing. I don’t want to have my body give up on me. I want to loose more. I want to be healthy, I want a family! I want to PROVE MY DOCTORS WRONG! Yes that’s right doc! If you are reading this.. I will prove you wrong! I just hope that something worked this week and I will be below 270.

Julie….Remember “IMOBFF” You are going to treat you like you would treat your best friend! Be kind, supportive and loving. Be as good to you as you were to me last week when I gained.

The only option is to keep at it! It is normal to have a plateau. Change up your workout routine a little and you may just pull through it sooner than you think. You can do this girl!

Hey lady…I think you & I are in the same boat right now. I am not seeing making this challenge either. So I will be making some changes to my routine and eating now.
Hang in there. you will show that doctor just what you are made of

You’ve gotten the good advice, shake things up a little and I’ll bet you’ll see it start to move again…you have the best of reasons for wanting it, so hold on to the dream and let it drive your choices!
Been there done that and it wasnt any fun, but stick with it the weight will start moving off again you just got to stick it out. -Dee
You have done incredible so far, look at long you encouraged me while I was flaying around and see here I am, in 3 challenges and haven’t succeeded at any of them, but I am keeping going. You still lost 5 pounds and if our shoes were reversed I know you would stuill be proud of me so be proud of you.
