Anyone ever tried….
The Walk away the pounds Dvds?I was trying to find something that I can do for exercise once the weather starts to get bad again. I know this won’t be for a while but I am planning ahead.
I have heard somethings about them, but want to know more. I don’t want to waste my money if they are no good. If you have tried them, do you like them??? Are they worth the money? I found the following on Amazon.com : Walk away the pounds Express 3 pack I can get them new from $20 or used from $17. I would like to order if people think they are good and give you a good workout.
If you have any information that would help me in my decision please let me know. Thanks
I personally haven’t tried them but I had some members on my old weight loss team that did and they seemed to like them and were losing weight with them. Good luck finding answers!
I absolutely LOVE the WATP series. It is one of the only things that I can comfortably do at my weight. I have worked up to the 2 mile this week and I am still feeling it in my calves and abs. They are the best and I would recommend getting all the miles…I think there is 5.

17$ 20$ at Amazon? no…I bought one pack of 3 workouts (the 1 mile, 2 mile, 3 mile and 2 water weights) for only 13$ at walmart! you can get them so cheaper, and no shipping cost!
I am still on the 1 mile though and just got them this week. I was just going to move up gradually. I wanted something to do on the days I did not go to Curves.
They are very fun and challenging, but gentle too. I can actually keep up with it, even though I am sweating through the whole thing! In fact I do believe I lost weight from using them since Wednesday. The last few weeks I only lost 2 pounds, but this week I’m down 3! And I ate out 2 times this week…so I do believe they are worth it, for me.
I only used Amazon to read the reviews and see which ones are available, but if you can Target or Walmart would be cheaper…good luck!
Julie,
I LOVE WATP. I lost 50 pounds with Leslie before I had pammy (I briefly saw onederland right before my pregnancy test showed positive) I have actually just gone back to her the last week. I ahve been doing the 2 mile rim and tone, and today I did a 1 mile Booster and the 1 mile Jog. Ilove her. She has all different videos. I ahve done the waterballs, the stretchy bands, and now I do whatever is free On Demand on my cable tv and use my 2lb hand weights. She is awesome.

I havent used them either but I know alot of ppl swear by them & love them.
Way to go… thinking ahead. I need to do that too.
Thanks Julie!
